My Elk.  I went hunting last Friday morning and was fortunate to harvest a nice Spike.  I called Aaron from where I was at, and he drove up to help me clean it and get it to my 4runner.    

 Saturday, Mom and Dad came over and Dad helped us cut it up into steaks and roasts.  As I told Aaron, it was the highlight of their week.  Aaron gets most of the meat because he did most of the work to haul it off the mountain.  But I still will have some in my freezer in case any of you visit and want some (I know you can't wait).
